WILMINGTON, Delaware, April 1, 2016 – Dining Out For Life (DO4L) is an annual HIV/AIDS awareness and fundraising event presented by ActionAIDS in collaboration with AIDS Delaware involving local restaurants. The event takes place on April 14 and restaurants include: Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House-Dover, Pizza by Elizabeths, Lula Brazil, BBC Tavern and Grill, The Pig + Fish Restaurant Company, Café Mezzanotte, Ulysses American Gastropub, Cromwell’s American Tavern & Taqueria, Soffritto Italian Grill, Tutto Fresco Italian Eatery, and Timothy’s of Newark. The restaurants pledge a portion of the day’s proceeds, which will benefit Delawareans living with HIV and AIDS. Last year this national event included more than 200 restaurants and thousands of diners, raising close to $200,000. DO4L serves as a strong reminder of how our community is affected by HIV/AIDS and offers customers a meaningful way to express compassion for people living with HIV/AIDS. On April 14 make a reservation at a participating restaurant, mention ‘Dining Out For Life,’ bring your family, and invite friends in support of a local business and an important cause.
